Route Table

Resource Locations

Pick the material you need, then open the full guide for route notes, required prep, hazards, and crafting uses.

How To Use This Resource Table

Start with the material blocking your current recipe, then read across the row before opening the full route page. The route start tells you where the search begins; the bring / avoid column tells you why the trip can fail. This is more useful than a raw coordinate when Early Access updates can change terrain, balance, or recipe pressure.

Route Types

Early route materials such as Silver and Lead should be repeatable with basic survival planning. Advanced route materials such as Troilite, Conduit Crystal, and Creature Enamel should be scouted first, then farmed later with vehicle safety, storage, and a return marker.

ResourceRoute startBring / avoid
Conduit Crystal Alien Ruins route, Karakorum Power Plant area, Deep ledges near later Angel Comb routes Tadpole or equivalent mid-game mobility / Swimming out too early without a vehicle
Strong Acid Crafted from Necrolei Cyst, Necrolei Cyst route near Angel Comb Access to the correct crafting station / Searching for Strong Acid directly instead of its ingredient
Necrolei Cyst Near first Angel Comb route, Northwest progression route Angel Comb route access / Searching only for Necrotic Cyst
Silver Early wreck routes, Starter-depth mineral nodes, Resource-node chains near early landmarks Scanner progress / Looking only for loose Silver
Angel Comb Northwest route from Lifepod, Alien progression routes, Infected growth route chain Sonic Resonator or relevant resonator progress / Trying to brute-force the Angel Comb center
Tadpole Pens Hot Caves / volcanic route, East of Lifepod signal route, Black box objective chain Heat-tolerance progress / Going before heat prep
Celestine Alien Ruins route, Post-Tadpole route Mid-game mobility / Searching too early
Troilite Root Canyon, Deep eastern route Improved depth safety / Converting all Troilite before checking upgrade needs
Creature Enamel Alien Ruins route, Post-Tadpole-Pens route A scouted path around Alien Ruins / Searching before the relevant upgrade route
Lead Early wreck routes, Starter-depth mineral nodes Scanner progress / Making separate Silver and Lead trips

When To Ignore A Location Lead

Ignore a location lead if it does not match your current build, if it sends you into an unprepared creature route, or if it gives a coordinate without landmarks. The goal is not only to reach the material once; the goal is to make the route safe enough to repeat.
